Dr. Would not listen to their patients often making situations worse than they started. Reaching my insurance to find a new one now.

I was a patient here until last April. I had to reschedule an appointment with them because I got a flat tire on my way there. It was rescheduled for April. Fast forward to April, 3 days before my appointment, my husband had passed away on Tuesday, and my appointment was that Friday. Now considering I was planning his funeral, grieving, completely out of my mind, and dealing with explaining to my three small childrens that their daddy had died and we wouldnt see him anymore, I completely forgot about the appointment. I was then sent a letter dismissing me as a pt. My doctor has called an explain the situation to them and they still will not accept me back. So definitely would not recommend.
