Hi Edward - since this issue is related to Alvin's previous review, please refer to that answer.We continue to work with Alvin to provide necessary documentation for reimbursement, as we were unaware of any potential warranty when he brought the engine in for repair. We are communicating with the third party, trying to secure any reimbursement available through the warranty.Please let us know if there is anything additionally we can do to help.
