Lodgeville Estates

Instead of contacting you after you turn in your application the owner will just ghost you and not answer any texts or calls. I found Sterling Ridge apartment complex and they are around the same price range and so much nicer! The owner is professional and nice unless the owner of lodgville. Please go see Sterling Heights before you make your decision!

I looked at several apartment complexes in the Bridgeport area until I found Lodgeville Estates. Very large, brand new, spacious apartments and beautiful amenities, including pool, playground, fitness center (where the office is located). Owner is very responsive with any issues with the apartment itself or any other issues that might present themselves. Granite counter, stainless steel appliances (fridge with front water and ice dispenser), microwave above range, flat top range with oven that has air fryer and convection oven along with classic bake, beautiful fixtures and garbage disposal. Huge amount of storage in kitchen cabinets and all closets. Large, spacious rooms with 9 foot smooth ceilings with living room, gorgeous kitchen with beautiful lighting, front loading washer/dryer included in unit along with 2 bedrooms, ceiling fan. All apartments are one floor as well. Kitchen has room for bar stools and also a table off the living room. Pretty porch off the living room with doors that both open to the air if wanted. Can't wait to sit outside in the spring and summer. Lighting fixtures, crown molding, bathroom amenities are beautiful. The walls are a very light gray with the white trim. Lots of closets with storage. All apts. have 2 bedrooms, both spacious with room to put a king sized bedroom suit in the larger and a queen in the second bedroom. Beautiful hardwood floors that aren't the "normal" laminate-- they look very real and are gorgeous! Moved in, picture perfect that day. Not a thing out of place and I am SO pleased with the apartment and the amenities with the great gym equipment and pool. This is a brand new, gorgeous apartment that feels more like a HOME than a regular "apartment" and is very large. We had snow Tuesday morning. At 6:45, they were out putting salt on sidewalks for residents and on the parking lot with trucks. By the time I left, parking lot was clear and a breeze to get down off the hill. I've only been here 2 weeks, but I can't express enought how happy I am that I chose this place, and the owner, Kenny is a dream to deal with. I can't recommend this place highly enough, it is so well taken care of and I am so happy I made the decision to live here in Lodgeville Estates. Have a look and see what I mean, I promise you won't be sorry! Yes, the office is not staffed at all times, however residents have cards to get in to exercise at any time of day. There really isn't a need for an office, as the owner is readily available by telephone (if he doesn't answer leave a message and he calls you right back) and there is also a maintenance worker who lives on site. The apartment grounds and roads are taken WELL care of and any issues with apartments are addressed immediately. Lodgeville Estates is an extremely well run apartment complex. I have been here since December 18th, 2024 and have had no regrets whatsoever. Neighbors are friendly and helpful, apartments are safe and immaculate and the management is superb.

Contacted the owner for a few days and was sent an application. After sending it in, he ignored all my phone calls and emails for weeks. Had a family member try calling multiple times and they were able to get through. He told them he apologized for the delay but wanted me to reach back out and he would help, but was concerned because there were three people and we would have three cars but said he would look into it for us. Two days later and he once again stopped answering all calls and messages from me. Had the same family member call him several times to which he says he gave the apartment to someone else but didnt even have the decency to let us know (knowing that we were extremely interested and were relying on Lodgeville because our lease ended in a week). There is also no leasing office and NO communication from the owner.. CLEARLY!!!
