        Your best bet is to just go outside of the area unfortunately. We originally called Bluewell because Canterbury Pump service never returns phone calls or just won't show up. Bluewell came out and charged us for an inspection on our old pump and said that when we were further along we wouldn't be charged for the next visit when we were ready to do more because what we paid that day would cover us for next time. When we were ready he suddenly wouldn't return phone calls either but instead called Canterbury to service our pump. At the time we were happy just to have anyone come out and take our money to do some work on our pump so we agreed. Canterbury finally came out and installed a few new things and said to call him when we got power. Guess what... We now have power but we are right back to the not answering messages or returning calls at all. We called Bluewell so we wouldn't have to deal with this but here we are again. Have no idea why we were passed off to Canterbury again. Everything is done but the well so we have no water. We will eventually just go outside of the area for any well related help needed, but currently Canterbury has a half finished job so we are stuck waiting on them. Service: Pump repairs & installation

      I’m very sorry for everything that has happened to youBut you said you called Canterbury and he didn’t call back so then you called us So your comment that you called us 1st is not true2nd I told you we would charge for a service call to inspect your system and that included travel and the inspection When you was ready with power then I would come back and there would be no charge for the travel. Our labor would start when we arrived 3rd Mr Canterbury informed me he was going to you with his generator to test your well since you had called him months before so I said to call you and if it was ok with you for him to go onI felt that someone getting you water was what was important no matter who it wasAnd that was the last I’ve heard from anyone on this. I thought it had been taken care of. I was told he had installed new pump,pipe & wiring in your well
