Update: So after being transferred we discovered my dad didnt even have a heart attack. He had bacterial meningitis. My dad was rushed here for a heart attack. They left vomit caked all over his mustache and beard and up his nose. The nurses were extremely rude with 0 bedside manner. The Dr couldnt explain anything and just stated that they werent equipped to do anything for a heart attack. Isnt that one of the big problems ERs handle?! And then the ems team that helped my dad transport him were so negligent they almost let him fall completely out of bed and out of the stretcher. One paramedic was trying and the other one couldnt care about his job any less than he did today. When asking about transferring him the hospital staff were so rude about questions! I swear Im reporting this hospital to the medical board.

Very disappointed with the front desk from my emergency visit with my mom last night. The horrible attitude this witch had with my mother was uncalled for and disgusting. Thank god the nurses and drs helped out. This front desk woman deserves to be fired and I hope she is for how she treated my mom who was in anaphylactic shock.

The waiting room was gross, likely due to barebones housekeeping staff. The registration nurse seemed put out by me being there. I was taken back pretty quick, to a room with a leak in the ceiling, and a bed that was left flat, no one offered to raise it so I could sit back, I was also running a high fever and shivering, no one bothered to offer me a blanket either. The doctor came in, listened to my breathing (none of my complaints were respiratory in nature so this was solely routine) and asked a few questions. I had a sore throat and ear pain, he checked neither one. He was very short, almost rude with me. I never saw him again. It took half an hour for some to collect a specimen they asked for, staff socializing right outside my door and no one bothered to give me the result of the test that was ran, I had to ask and was hurried out with a vague diagnosis of a virus and instructions to treat the fever. I was there because the fever wouldn't come down with meds. I was given motrin while there, but my temp was never checked again. In 2 hours, I probably spent less than 20 minutes total in the presence of staff. I have always been impressed with this emergency room and the staff, but it has taken a huge dive in treatment quality. If this is the standard of care they are doling out regularly, I'd highly recommend going elsewhere.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I would never step foot in this place. The lack of concern and care from the moment you walk in the door is unfathomable.
