Dr. Deep is the worst Neurologist at that place. He had me so angry earlier when I had my appointment via telehealth FaceTime. He tried to argue with me and he even made me cry because he called me stupid. I DO NOT recommend Dr. Deep to anyone.

I had to wait over a hour and thirty minutes once I got in the room to see the doctor. Wouldn't recommend.

I finally had my first appointment with Dr. Richards and I was very, very pleased with her and her staff! I have Lupus and suffer from Migraines and have since I was a teenager... Dr. Richards was very kind and understanding, she listened and answered all my questions now unfortunately its up to my insurance to approve my treatment plan and I have to continue to wait and Ive already been waiting two years for this treatment plan, so I just continue to pray thats all I can do! When you live in chronic pain like I do theres not much hope left! But if anyone can help I do believe she can!

I use to think very highly and have the up most respect for her I've been seen Dr. Richards and her Staff for almost two years but since she move to the ARH medical mall it's become all about the bucks and to hell with patients needs me and my pharmacy both have been calling for two days trying to get my meds and all you get is a answering machine that's full. So unfortunately we can't even leave a message.
