        The flowers and arrangement were pathetic. They were smashed and looked wilted the day I picked them up. I went to Kroger and got a much nicer arrangement for half the price. Would not recommend.

        Ordered before Christmas and still not delivered two after Christmas. American English would be nice

        The person I dealt with was friendly and helpful. He was able to accommodate a delivery to my wife at her work on the same day at very short notice with a beautiful set of flowers. Was very happy with their service.

        Order was wrong and when asked to fix it, they got attitude. After much debate they came to funeral to fix the problem but was very rude. AT the funeral home!

      Beverly, we understand your frustration. As humans, and during busy times such as Mother's Day weekend, we sometimes make mistakes. We understand how important getting someone's sympathy tribute correct is and for that, we deeply apologize. However, whenever you made us aware of the mistake that we had made by not adding the yellow roses to the center of the arrangement, we corrected it immediately, before the funeral.
