Literally the WORST place Ive ever talked to in my life. No regards for anyone but their money seems like. I called and tried to reschedule my daughters surgery due to a snow storm and roads being ice and wrecks everywhere. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was completely rude and told me they wouldnt reschedule the appointment and it was only the very first time Ive ever had reschedule anything due to weather. Just speaking on the phone with them was the absolute worst. Glad I looked at the reviews. Definitely will not be bringing my child in to be seen by them EVER.

My disabled grandson who has been taught body autonomy learned first hand what it felt like to be assaulted and violated by these so called "doctors'! Last time I checked "no" still means "no" and "stop" means "stop", even when his mother told them "ok - that's enough" her voice was ignored as well. He has been horrifically traumatized by this experience and how any state would give these people a license to interact with or touch children is beyond me! The staff and so called "doctors" know nothing about ADA compliance, body autonomy or autism - and should not be trusted around adults much less children! I have filed a formal complaint with the state and will pursue every legal recourse there is to ensure that no other child or adult suffers at the incompetent hands of these deviants.

Wish I could give a negative 1! They treated my daughter terribly when I wasn't allowed back with her anymore. They yelled at my 4 year old for coughing, they made her put gauze back in her mouth after she dropped it on the floor, and worst of all they BOTCHED my poor babies surgery for caps. They got infected because they didn't do it right and when I told them they refused antibiotics! They are a disgrace to these children!!!!!

The staff are extremely kind and patient. Both my son and my daughter had a wonderful experience.
