        Worst experience I have had with a dentist office. From out of town, came in with excruciating pain and needed emergency help. After 3 hours of waiting, xrays, moving room to room, scans, etc they told me they could not help me, that I needed a root canal and would refer me out. In this whole time the doctor only came by for approx 2 minutes. Website says they do root canals, but the checkout person said since it was a Friday, a holiday weekend, and they were getting close to closing and they wouldn't be able to do it but did say good luck on finding someone. Didn't offer to help with the pain or anything. I would think negligence or duty of care would come in to play somewhere, I will definitely be contacting the BBB.
