Dusty's Barber Shop

Hi Shannon! We’re sorry that you weren’t able to get your children’s haircut today. I’m gonna guess that this was your first time to the shop and aren’t familiar with how overwhelmingly busy we are nor how we operate. We have 2 barbers that work on appointments and only 1 barber that takes walk ins. If we were to continue to let walk ins come in the shop until 5:00, more than likely we would have a room full of people still needing a haircut after closing. I’m sure you can understand that having only 1 barber to cut a room full of people would lead to very long days for him. I’m also sure you understand that it’s extremely hard to find people to work. I’m very thankful for the barbers I have and try my best not to overwork them or take them for granted. We do great work here at a very low price which is evident from all of our reviews here on Google and Facebook. Again I apologize that we couldn’t meet your needs today, I’m sure you had no problem finding another shop to take care of you. Thanks for your review Shannon
