        PELLETS READ THIS NOT HAPPY This is for Beckley store We bought 10 bags of pellets from u most of the bags had some kind of moisture in them . If u put a car port up and put the bags under it u wouldn't have that problem. We won't be back to buy them from u again . Till u can keep them out of the snow an rain . I know they are covered with plastic. My husband hauls them he has to tarp them . Not happy at all.

        Beckley wv is the worst store I have ever been in ! I had gallbladder removal and cant lift over 10 lbs they made me push a cart of 12 bags of wood pellets from back of store to front and then I had to load in car after asking for help I will NEVER go there again! Worst employees ever! I will drive to Bluefield from now on very different people and attitudes ! Only reason for a 1 they wont let me give a zero !!!!!
