        Well my experience started well until house delivery. The delivery people were rude and left trash everywhere. My home is not level we have complained since day one. We can't open or shut back screen door. We now can't open or shut front door without manipulation. We have fixtures all over falling out. We have a broken window. They made some repairs. They don't get back to you on others. Now I have to spend yet more money to fix all this on my own. I would not recommend at all.

      Hi Jennifer, thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback with us. The home purchased was sold as is. We fixed all habitability warranty issues as our sales agreement stated. The cosmetic items that were of concern were not covered under the warranty.
