        Took my wife here to get a rash checked out. And no one ever even looked at the rash. Three women on site talked to us through the window and suggested that I take her back to the ER. Absolutely no help.

        Do NOT schedule an appointment online. You will be put in the queue when you arrive, regardless of your scheduled appointment time. Makes no sense. What's the point of scheduling an appointment? Valley Health: take the option to schedule appointments online down, since it's not a real thing. That said, Sierra, the FNP I saw, was great.

        Went there at 11:30 am on a Friday to be seen for some respiratory issues. They had the reception lights off and was hunkered down behind the desk...? The window says lunch is at 1:30 pm. I'm a little disappointed as a patient.

        The staff and nurse's at valley health are wonderful. Urgent care was urgent. They took me in and gave me relief from a back problem. Very nice office.
