Santos and Ed from Continuous Gutter installed new gutters on our home. We just had the house painted and these new gutters really complimented the new paint. They were fast and did an amazing job! Our Home was built in 1905 and is a very large home. Last roof was put on in 1978 and was cedar shake and very tired. Continuous Roofing And Gutter did a great job customer service is great, I recommend them to anyone. Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation, Skylight installation

Started out great! Called for an estimate they showed up within days of requesting a quote. I called back to schedule the work and their secretary put me on the schedule and said it would be a couple of weeks out. Well about 3 - 4 weeks later I called 3 times and left messages and none of my phone calls were returned. Knowing it was not an emergency but wanting to find out when they were coming out I contacted Hershel and he informed me they would come out the 12th. They didnt end up showing up. I received a phone call right before 5 on the day they were supposed to have installed my gutters from Hershel letting me know that Brenda his secretary was sick and how she should have called me to let me know the day before that they werent going to come up. After letting him know I felt like it was very unprofessional he begins to tell me that Im #26 of 300 people on the schedule. So I guess he doesnt need my money. He wanted to come out the next day but I already had plans to not be in town. We ended up scheduling for Saturday but after talking with my husband we decided to cancel. If thats how they do business who knows what the quality of their work is. After reading other reviews on Yelp. Im thinking maybe they did me a favor. Service: Gutter installation

They never returned my call. Guess they don't need the work. I called another company. Brenda called me after she saw my review. She said there was a death in the family and that was why she didn't call me right away. I apologized for the low review and I apologized to her in her difficult time. They will be out next week to do my estimate.
