She never gave up, she always made us laugh when we felt defeated, and somehow made us feel like we were the only clients on the planet even though she has many clients. Her support is the biggest reason we are in our dream home. Her positivity is infectious and she is not afraid to assert herself when the going gets tough. We were out of state buyers who did not have a chance to actually walk through the house so we depended on this real estate agency to walk through for us show us videos over the phone. The upstairs living room had carpet in it that was probably original with the house from 1950 she said it looked okay for now and there was maybe a small stain in the corner of the dining room where she thought the previous owner kept her litter box or her cats after driving two and a half days from Minnesota the realtor couldn't meet us at the house and left us a key, upon entering the house there's a strong smell of cat urine which anybody could have noticed walking through the house, 3 days went by and we still hadn't heard from our realtor, you'd think she'd want to meet us after conversing over the phone and by email for six or seven weeks,needless to say she didn't want to see either one of us it was happy to cash her commission check, we spent $7,000 ripping out the carpet and replacing it with new flooring, we couldn't move our stuff in until we had that done because it smelled so bad, if I could rate this agency a negative star I would do it
