I worked for Ryan for roughly 6 months, only reason I stopped is because I had to move. I can tell you that he provides a quality work environment, pay is more than fair, and he takes immense pride in his business and his work. If anything is wrong with an employee, or the quality of work completed, Ryan will ensure that you are made whole. I worked with the individual who left a poor review. I can tell you that his review is pure, unadulterated, bitterness from being called out on not working hard. He actually received more money than he was owed, and he quit because he had trouble upholding the standard that EVERY employee is expected to meet. Bottom line, I would recommend anyone to work for Top Gun Mobile Washing as long as you're willing to put in a solid effort every day and take pride in your work.

Question: Have you ever tried to get a railcar washed out? Well, I have and it ain't pretty. Out of desperation, I called Top Gun Mobile to ask the owner whether he had experience washing out railcars. His response, "no, but I'd like to." One thing led to another and he had my tanker railcar cleaned to a pristine conclusion at a very reasonable price, the day after our initial conversation. Very unprofessional work environment and structure. Ryan appeared to be a good guy to work for but work was not consistent and pay was not correct. They refused to make it right with pay so I moved on and would not ever recommend anyone applying to top gun mobile wash.
