Breno teaches very high level jiu jitsu everyone in the gym is respectful its like a family environment highly recommended if you are looking to get into jiu jitsu or just looking for a high level bjj gym

I've been practicing jiu-jitsu fpr a few years and now that I'm 60 and getting over a knee and hip replacement in the last few year's and a broken leg professor Breno Bittencourt has accommodated me in every way possible to help me succeed in training and rolling with qualified and ranked practitioner's so that I don't get smashed,hurt or over do it. Great facility, nice rest rooms,new mats,easy access and most of all a very welcoming atmosphere and world class athlete and professor. I'm a disabled veteran and I feel much appreciated and taken care of. Jiu-jitsu oriented kids classes plus kick boxing and striking. 5 star's for me.

Amazing people and atmosphere. I can tell professor Breno has passion and heart for the art. It's not your typical hard-core "fight gym" you are at school for a very important reason.
