So far the pricing has been good but the customer service people do not know what they are doing! I got a bundle home and auto insurance quote locally in Yakima and called to the customer service number since they were open 24/7 hours and I got a quote for a car insurance to add another vehicle the representative took me off the auto pay and my insurance went up 10 more dollars. I tried to let him know that I was just requesting a quote and then he hung up on me, said they were not able to give me insurance on a salvaged title car, but still were trying to bill me for it. I kept getting messages that my insurance was late and I needed to make a payment when I spoke with my insurance representative locally she mentioned that they had messed everything up and now I couldnt get back on auto pay and my auto insurance would be staying at 10 dollars more a month way to steal from your customers! I still havent got the issue resolved even my insurance representative locally didnt want to deal with the headache! I had to submit a claim to get my insurance bill refunded on top of all this that they did because I had been paying insurance with another insured company since they cant insurance a salvage title car, but they can charge you! Makes no sense!
