        Today I joined my daughter and granddaughter for an Easter function. This was my 1st time there and their 2nd time. Everything was planned out and organized well. Not so many people that there was chaos. The owners were present and very nice. All the staff greeted us. This is a very nice set up! My granddaughter is 15 months and this place makes her real happy!

        Ive been here a few times and things were great at first. My daughter loved it. But I took my daughter there last week and there seemed to be a lot of toys missing compared to what was there before. There was also broken toys and the biggest thing was that there was an outlet to plug things in that was right in the middle of the whole play area which was uncovered. What a hazard for the kids. Wont be taking my daughter here again.

      Hi Maria. I’m sorry you felt like your last visit was subpar. Since our toys are enjoyed by hundreds of kids each week, they do break and we need to fix or replace them often. We address broken toys as soon as we find them but, of course, customers may find them first and bring them to our attention, which is always appreciated. When you visited, there may have been extra toys from our “mouthed toy” bins out for sanitizing; we put those back in the play area as soon as they are germ-free. Or, if you were looking for something specific, it may not have been there at that time since we like to rotate toys to keep it fresh! Rest assured that every outlet in our facility is childproof, even though they look normal (they’re fancy). Since we do have two outlets on the floor in the play area, we have positioned large play items next to them so they are not in the walking path.
