Front desk employees in the early morning hours, as well as the shuttle driver, were not cordial or friendly at all. We visit thousands of hotels and Hilton properties across the united states and this one is a definite NOPE. rooms can be clean if you're lucky, just make sure you check bed to see if they actually changed the sheets. (You may find crumbs under those blankets) Thanks again to those ladies at the front desk on Friday morning last week--- you two were the epitome of hospitality! *insert sarcasm*

4 instead of 5 because noise as till late night kids were running in hallway . But hotel and staff and very good . Need more veg item in breakfast . Rooms: Very spacious , clean and comfortable Safety: Very safe and comfortable place Food & drinks: Many restaurants in just outside hotel . Only issue breakfast has very less veg option .

So-so experience. My stay didn't start off well, as when I arrived I was told the room I preselected at mobile check-in had been given away. I'm not really sure why you would offer guests the option to pre-select if it doesn't carry any weight - it simply creates a bad guest experience for no reason. The front desk employee laughed it off and didn't seem to care, all while "thanking me" for being a Diamond member. Turns out, getting a top floor room would have been great, as if you don't have one, you'll be able to hear everything that happens above you. Flashbacks to apartment living with bad upstairs neighbors is not what | consider a good hotel experience. Also, I thought this hotel would be nice and quiet since it's tucked away from the highway. Unfortunately the hotel backs up to a neighborhood, and some of these neighbors leave their dogs outside at night and don't stop them from barking. The room was clean, but the towels were thin and rough and the sheets were made of material that created an oddly high amount of static electricity when you are in bed. This is a strange experience and isn't particularly enjoyable. Overall, convenient location and clean rooms, which are big pluses. However, the negatives outweigh the positives, and I wouldnt return.
