Avamere at Englewood Heights

If you want your loved one cared for, do not bring them here. Not only is the care awful, so is the administration who makes it very obvious that each resident is just a number. My grandma had a fall in her room, and she was not taken to the hospital. We had to take it upon ourselves to take her to the hospital where she ended up having multiple fractures. This was not reported and not the only fall she had there. Even when we upgraded the points for more care, they did not provide it. We happily moved her to a much better facility that provides the care she needs, and she is safe at

I came in for a tour of this community and it was so beautiful and homey. They seem like they are all a family from the staff to the residents. Residents seem happy and well cared for.

Highly recommend Avamere at Englewood Heights! From the delicious meals, to the amazing staff, you can rest assured this is a place you will want to call home.
