Wanted to crack the door to the second floor terrace to get a little air while spin biking and wasn't allowed. Really? Told was going to affect the air conditioning. In the hallway? Really? How stupid!!!

Visited today about 3:30. The place was PACKED... Spring Break and all. Got to the locker room, and some kids thinking they're funny, locked all of the open lockers. An employee had to spend an hour checking and unlocking them. I chose to swim some laps, and amazingly found and empty lane, but was quickly asked to split a lane. That's cool, I'm a slow swimmer anyway. But the kids doing cannonballs in the deep end of the lap pool without the lifeguards saying anything made it difficult to get my workout finished. The lap pool should exclusively be for, you know... lap swimmers. There is already a huge lazy river and play area for others. As well as a therapy pool. I get that everyone wants to have a good time, but that's why there's specific areas. I don't exercise on the water slides, so don't cannonball in the lap pool. One lane always seems to be open for random people that aren't lap swimming. I mean, if it's NOT a lap pool.. fine. Then close it off, but don't schedule it as a lap pool, then allow cannonballers to have their way. Went to the sauna, and apparently, the "18 or older" sign is ignored and/or not enforced. Plus, there were people working out in the sauna for 2 or 3 minutes at a time, then running out, which I don't get. It's a sauna, not a workout room. Rules are rules, and they're rules that the YMCA made, but aren't being enforced here. Management really needs to step up and empower the employees to be able to enforce the rules and stand behind them. The "Young Men's Christian Association" is looking like they're more concerned about membership (dollars) than they are about operating a facility that people actually want to spend time at. This is an opportunity for the YMCA to step up. If not, then there's other places to spend my membership money at.
