        Terrible cancelation policy. Make you jump through a hoops and make it as annoying as possible to cancel. I can sign up online, but have to go in person or write a letter? What is this 1985?

        This gym has been really good, the environment and the cleanliness has been excellent. The manager Uriel has been very friendly and helpful, he took his time to explain how some of the machines worked and I can see he makes everyone feel comfortable.

        Overall this is a decent gym with a good variety of machines. It can get pretty crowded though, especially in the first few months of the year when everyone is trying to get their New Year's resolutions in.

      Hi there, friend. We're sad to hear our cancellation process has caused you distress, and we seek to be as transparent as possible about it. Since we require a signature for all cancellations, we currently have two methods for canceling. You can either sign a form at your club's front desk, or you can mail a signed letter to your home club directly (certified mail is recommended for tracking purposes). For reference, this appears in your Membership Agreement signed prior to joining and on our policy page under "Membership Cancellations" here: https://www.planetfitness.com/about-planet-fitness/planet-fitness-policies. If you have any questions or concerns, your home club manager would love to further address them with you. Thank you very much!
