This company has had my Tablet since DECEMBER 27th of 2023, I have called corporate several times to get my tablet back with the employees telling me they will send it back numerous times, still don't have it in April, 2024. I even drove 4 hours to go get it back yesterday during their business hours to wait outside with other customers who had appointments for no one to be there. If I could rate this business as a negative I would. DO NOT leave your device with this horrible business. I'm filing with the police department to hopefully get my now presumed stolen property back!

Short story: this business is open sporadically and there is no way to contact them on the phone. I wouldn't trust them with my device. I didn't even get a chance to use their services because of how unreliable they are. Google says that they are open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. The email I received when I filed a claim to fix my screen said they are closed on Monday, open from 2:00 until 6:00 on Tuesday, then 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday through Saturday. I tried to call them to confirm the time but their phone system doesn't work and simply hangs up on you. So I waited until 2:00 p.m. to make sure that they were actually open. When I arrived well after 2:00, there were a few people waiting outside saying that they had been waiting for a while and the doors were locked, Even though there was a sign hanging on the door that said it was open and the hours posted on the door agreed with Google that they were open since 10:00 a.m.. There was also a handwritten sign on the door that instructed UPS to leave packages at the neighboring store. I went into that store and asked if they knew what was happening and They said it happens all of the time. There is no way I'm going to trust my device with a business that is run this way. I will mail it in to get fixed since I have that option.

I've been to many ubreakifix stores across the United States and had maybe 15 devices repaired over the last 5 years. Without a doubt Oscar gave me the very best service I've ever had in any electronics repair shop. I wish to shout out thanks to Oscar and thanks to ubreakifix!
