        I am so disappointed in the customer service. I visited this store couple of years when i was looking for my wedding dress. I felt judged for being bigger. The cashier seemed shocked that i was getting married. And that was the last thing she said. As i looked a little bit by myself. I left and went to David's bridal. Which was well worth the travel. Today i decided to go look for my daughters sweet 16, to my surprise NO ONE bothered to help us til after we helped ourselves. Then they came to say we cant try those dresses on because its appt only. They had no one in the store and obviously no appts, but they still did not offer to help us. We left and i will not being going back. Very rude and no customer service at all.
