EvergreenHealth Urgent Care - Woodinville

This place is fine and I don't really have a lot of trouble with it but I have to take off at least two stars when you have front desk staff and even doctors who don't wear their masks properly. I shouldn't have to tell them that it goes over their nose.

Facility is nice but whatever the wait says online, ignore it. Plan to wait at least an hour because the 3 times Ive had to visit, urgency was NOT a priority.

Visit today for Cough 3 weeks, fatigue, fever, and rhonchi/ wheeze. 3 days work missed. The physician assistant Dr. Sharm did not listen to my health concerns for pneumonia. I took ibuprofen prior to visit so no fever in office. Refused diagnostics tests to rule out pneumonia. He Gave me seasonal allergy prescription, which I dont have a history of. left clinic feeling super sick, frustrated and unheard. The topper was he told me he couldnt write me a work note, just a note to say I was there that day for a visit. When read it shows i need to go back to work in am. I am actually really sick, I never go to the clinic for colds etc. I have had pneumonia in the past and this feels the same.

This urgent care is an absolute disgrace! My children were suffering from symptoms of strep throat, including soaring fevers, so I rushed them to this place hoping for quick relief. What did we get instead? Incompetence and negligence at its finest! Despite clear symptoms, the lab test they conducted miraculously came back negative. How on earth does that happen?! The doctor had the audacity to refuse antibiotics, leaving my kids in agony. We had to scramble to another facility where, surprise, surprise, the test was positive for strep throat! It's absolutely infuriating that such a simple test could be botched so terribly. To add insult to injury, they had the gall to charge us $136 per child for this debacle. Reluctantly, I paid the bill, only to receive a check refunding one of the payments two months later. But the nightmare didn't end there! Three months down the line, we receive a bill from a debt collector, blaming us for non-payment! What a chaotic mess of a place! I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this sorry excuse for an urgent care. Their incompetence cost my children unnecessary suffering and added financial stress to an already tense situation. Save yourself the headache and avoid this disaster of a facility at all costs!
