Dr Eickmeyer is the best doctor I've ever experienced in my life! She takes the time to listen and does a full comprehensive review to get to the bottom of things like no doctors ever do! I came to her after having some issues no other doctors could figure out, some told me what I was saying wasn't possible, acted liked I was crazy, didn't have any ideas or didn't care to ask try to understand further, within a visit or two she identified the problem and I say she "fixed me"! She's been there for me through a few issues and didn't just want me to take meds to fix the problem and go away. Some of her solutions were super simple and highly effective and I am on no medication due to her help! More than just "fixing me" - she listens and thinks things through! She's smart and interested in helping - you can tell she really cares. I tell everyone about her and the practice as she's really helped change my life and I don't know what I'd do without her - sounds cheesy but it's true!! She's a doctor that I feel really partners with me and I go to her proactively for help whereas with other doctors I dreaded going and I didn't have a relationship with them. Other doctors didn't know me, and I didn't feel like they were someone I could go to for support unless I was just sick and needed an antibiotic. If you want a true healthcare partner, going to this practice is what you need, and it's how other doctors should practice medicine! I won't go to any other doctor again if I don't have to!

Horrible customer service experience. Doctors may be great, but the front desk experience is severely lacking, especially for a health care office.

Dr. Klos is the best primary physician I've had. He respects his patients, listens, and thoroughly explains conditions, causes, and treatment options. He has helped me achieve significant improvement in my health without use of pharmaceuticals. The staff are always friendly and helpful, too.

I have been seeing Dr. Eickmeyer for about 2 years. She and the staff are kind, friendly and helpful. I feel heard when I discuss my health, which can be illogical. I never feel judged, which can and has happen to me with some other doctors. We were able to discover one of the culprits causing some of my issues, and start a treatment. When she has thoughts on what to try next, we talk about the pros and cons giving me an opportunity to make an informed decision. I love the natural approach but when necessary other approaches are also offered. At one point I was dropping things at an alarming rate. When I told her about it she said a B deficiency could cause it. I hadn't been taking my B vitamins and when I started again the issue resolved. Some doctors would have sent me to a specialist who may have run test which would have cost me a lot of money. If taking the vitamins hadn't helped we would have moved onto another solution, possibly seeing a specialist. I can't say enough good things about Health Moves and the doctors and staff.
