Heritage Homecraft is a team of true artisans and craftsmen. They took our ugly 80s kitchen and totally transformed it into a beautiful, functional new space. Their materials and workmanship are top notch, and their professionalism cannot be beat. I would never go with anyone else for a cabinet refacing project.

My kitchen update came out perfectly and it started with beautiful cabinets and countertops from Heritage Homecraft! Everyone was kind, helpful and skilled. The cabinet work is so good that I've had to convince folks that they aren't entirely new.

At first glance, our kitchen remodel looked great. The veneer, cupboard doors, box drawers and slide mechanisms all seem to be high quality. Then we noticed the crooked cupboard doors, the mis-aligned door pulls, the drawers that wouldn't close all the way, the canted drawer front and the breadboard that was stuck and couldn't be pulled out. Heritage sent someone out to fix the issues. He arrived about an hour late and stayed 45 minutes. He said he would contact us about the rest of the work. Four days later (including the weekend) when we hadn't heard back, I contacted the company and was told they weren't aware there were any outstanding issues (!), but they'd get back to us. They then called my husband and said it would take another three hours to fix all the faulty workmanship. AND THE EARLIEST THEY COULD SHOW UP WAS IN SIX WEEKS. The explanation is that they are "so busy" they can't follow up in a professional or timely manner. The obvious solution is for them not to book so much business that they can't finish what they started. I would not use this company again. We paid for high quality, professional workmanship delivered on schedule. We did not receive what we paid for. And if you use them, before you pay the final installment, get your level, square and ruler out to double check their work and make sure they fix it. Heritage Homecraft refaced our kitchen cabinets in spring 2022, and did a great job. Out of all the contractors we worked with to renovate our kitchen, they were absolutely the most professional - they actually have a schedule, and stick to it! They also offer a 5 year warranty and we've had them back out several times since installation. Some were just for minor touch-ups or to adjust the hinges, and then we damaged a door accidentally, which they were able to replace for us with a perfect match. They have been fantastic to work with, during the process and afterwards. They truly stand behind their product. They were not the cheapest, but the quality they offer is worth it!
