        Made call on March 18th simply inquiring about a full brake change in my vehicle. I asked if they would install customer parts (because I want OEM parts) and they said no, which is understandable. Wondering one brand parts would be used, I asked about where they are getting there parts from. The gentleman who helped me proceeded to hang up on my call. It was a simple question, I don't understand why he took such offense to my question. It's so hard to find a good reputable mechanic shop who has your back these days.

      You asked if we would install, you're supplied parts I replied no very politely. Then when you asked where we get our parts I replied that's between us and our vendors you hung up on me. Let's be clear, had you said I would prefer to supply OE parts, we would be happy to install them. However, you NEVER said that. Thank you. Scott the Owner

      Could you be more specific? Was this our loaner vehicle driving to slow? Most people get upset over speeding and you're giving our business a one-star review because someone is driving slowly? I would Like to add to this, I am pleased my customer is not driving in the manner they described you're driving.
