Greg was great !! His measurements were precise. He helped me pick out just the right blinds for my very sunny side windows. The shades have been up only one day and I have noticed a huge difference in the coolness of my room. He was very kind, helpful, and just an all-around nice guy. Hes very knowledgeable in what he does. He has 30 years of experience in this business. I highly recommend him.

Greg showed us options to control sun exposure and maintain our view. We chose Hunter Douglas sunshades that look nice, provide the protection and allow us to enjoy the view. The comfort level inside has also greatly improved. We love the look and functionality and appreciate Gregs guidance through the process.

Greg came out to review our needs, listened well and made some excellent recommendations for each room where we needed blinds. For very sunny living room and kitchen, he suggested solar shades, which provide screening, while allowing our view to come through (Hunter Douglas solar screens). We didn't know there was such an option, and are very happy with them. For our doing room, he suggested another product that we weren't familiar with, and we love them. Greg is sales, measuring/ordering and installation, so the buck stops with him. He is the primary contact with 1-2 installation helpers, so like most home providers in our area, he is very busy right now, which can sometimes delay his response. We had defects on 2 of our 25 blinds. He came to inspect them, submitted a warranty claim to the manufacturer and expedited the replacements. We originally contacted Budget Blinds in Wenatchee (NCW) based on a recommendation from a relative who was very satisfied with them on two different houses.
