I have been with the Heidi Huddle agency for a year and think that Allstate as an insurance company is fine, I have a lot of discounts that help me save money. Unfortunately, I transferred to a different agent at another local Allstate agency due to rudeness by a member of Heidis team and a recent bad experience at this office. Heidi is supposed to be my agent, and I have never spoken to her.

First, when I bought my home I was not with Allstate. I have a pool, a fireplace and a trampoline. Apparently, these items increase risk. therefore, increase monthly payment. I was able to move my policies to Allstate and save almost $100 a month. It was a big savings. Very comparable coverage if not better. Anything that has come up It has been addressed very quickly. For example Someone hit my car in a parking lot and I called it in. Allstate had people calling to get me in a rental car and to do repairs before the day was over. There have been several times Ive needed my insurance card for different reasons. Struggling with logging into the app to obtain that information(Im terrible at online/app stuff) Their office was able to send me my information almost immediately. They are always friendly, helpful and on top of things. Even though its less expensive now If it did increase, I would still stay. The service is worth it. Oh and they have a feature where I get checks/credits for being a good driver. I think thats really cool. :)
