I tried to call to make a complaint and they hung up on me without explanation. I tried calling them again and they hung up again with no explanation. Very poor customer service.
Update: Someone claiming to be the regional manager called me and took my complaint, but also said that there was nothing she could do about it. And was rude/snarky when conversing with me. Not professional at all.

This establishment is clearly being run down to the ground. The employees are very obviously overworked, I could see stress radiating off of front desk employee. Super sad to see people not caring about their employees.. do better heather smh

Great little hotel. The only thing I would say needs improvement was the bed itself. A little firm for me. But overall the hotel was clean, friendly service, and walking distance to some local restaurants.

Room toilet still had pee on outer toilet bowl to the floor, so someone just wiped the seat off.
Saw an employee come in for their paycheck while waiting in the small area that is their guest officing space, lobby, entertainment area, eating/coffee area, front desk, and "store, and not be able to access it. The front desk agent said that they were told to put the check back in the vault. They instantly panicked and began to cry. They left without their check. Corporate policies are obviously negatively impacting their employee's experiences and obviously harming the more vulnerable people in their corporation.
This place claims to have "breakfast in bed" options. This means grabbing snacks from their "store" and taking it up to your room to eat. :/
You have to keep a card engaged in a card slot by the front door to access electricity in your room. So, it's not just the employee paychecks they make hard to access. They make customers jump through hoops as well.
My stay was booked through my employer. Sometimes employees don't have the business payment methods. So, we had to wait around to check in until the hotel sent an email to our org for someone to authorize. This could have been done prior. If you know it is "common" then be proactive and plan for it.
