Best Western Plus Wenatchee Downtown Hotel

Hotel is in desperate need of an update. Rooms are decent size but the loudest Ive stayed in and carpet feels gross to walk on. Swimming pool has a lot of debris floating in it and total disregard for not allowing alcohol in the pool area. I dont drink and my kids arent exposed to it so it was unpleasant for us.

The place was clean staff was friendly the location is great close to where we needed to be for my mom's eye surgery can't wait to stay there again In April

Check-in was efficient. The lady at the desk was super friendly. Rooms were clean. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was hot and filling. I would stay here again.

When we were there, there were baseball tournaments going on, so it was very loud . We were not able to use the pool or hot tub as it was full at all times . Rooms were clean, pillows were awful. We asked for more and they promptly brought them to us. The two ladies on the front counter super friendly and very helpful . They do have breakfast there, but didnt make it down in time . Rooms: Rooms were clean. They say they were recently renovated, but it didnt seem like it. Walkability: It looks like theres lots to do all around the hotel within walking distance Food & drinks: Lots of food and drink options all around the hotel . Noteworthy details: The staff are very friendly and helpful . They definitely think of whats going on in the hotel to put you in the best spot as we were just a couple with a lot of kids in the hotel . my husband originally wanted first floor and they said probably not a good idea as it wouldnt be very quiet, then put us on the top floor where it would be quieter . We very much appreciated this suggestion.
