I went in to buy a custom hat for my boyfriend for a Christmas gift. The lady took my order, she said the hat was $40 and the design would cost a additional $30 so I paid $70. I was desperate for it so I paid. The hat alone shouldnt have been $40 since theres nothing special about it. I would re-think your pricing.

They made a necklace for me with a picture of my late ferret and dog, I cried when I received it. It came out beautiful and of great quality! 100% recommend them, theyre always so nice!!
