Fries were the bottom of the pan not curly at all and cold and hard. French dip was sogie, will not eat there again. What a waste of 50.00.

Worst experience ever. They took my order, then asked me to repeat it- fine. I repeated it. Told me they no longer have Mac and cheese bites; also fine- but its advertised everywhere still. A very large poster advertising it on their menu at the drive thru. When I got to the window (I was the only person at the restaurant) they took a minute or two to come tell me the total. She put the order in as I sat there and then took my money. The order was incorrect and I let her know that- I wanted crinkle fries because their curly fries arent curly anymore and are terrible. She asked for them back- which is just fine- and said it will take a few minutes to make the crinkle. I took the curly fries and left. When I got where I was going, my sandwich was wrong! I ordered the double beef and cheddar and got a single. I paid almost $20 for this meal and its just not good. I miss when Arbys was great! I will not be returning to this establishment anytime in the near future.

The food was more cold we went through the drive through and the first thing we saw was to people kissing and vaping on top of that we got there at 8:30 and left around 9:15. I would have just left but before I could they asked for my card around 8:40. They said the chicken was being cooked so I said it was fine then the girl dropped the meal on the ground and made me still pay for it and refused to make another one this is ridiculous. Im so sorry for people that come here.

It's March and the shake machine was broke. The lady just told me there's no shakes today. No explanation. A small arby's sandwich and a small drink was $8.99. A couple of the ladies working there barely spoke english. I have gone there many times but this time was disappointing.
