    This place is top-notch!! Honest service, efficient and fair! I dropped my car off to get my brakes replaced because I was advised by another place they need to be done. My husband said nope I want Midvalley to do it. Took it in, half hour later. They called me and said u have plenty of brake, and we are not that kind of shop. So I went back and picked it up and they charged me ZERO! I will not go anywhere but here! Fyi, I took them pizza to thank them! With the new shop they have more openings. I'm so happy to share my overwhelming amazing experience with Midvalley Auto!

    Too much money was overpriced parts by double was not allowed to use my own Parts they broke my back handle and window release lever and didn't even fix it I spent 2000 dollars on A repair that was 700. Fully took advantage of me but they didn't know I was a mechanic and service manager for 20 years. This was not a issue of me not being able to pay More so paying for parts that were double the price as compared and carried the same warranty. Also i told you to go through the passenger door why would anyone go through my back window gate which you did break makes about as much sense as charging 2000 dollars for front brakes and rotors. Why you would not fix the handle as a courtesy after overcharging me is another mystery.

Hello Mike. I understand that you feel you didn't get value from your visit. We do not employ anyone by the name of Dully, so I am not sure who you are referring to. It is a common practice in the automotive industry and our policy that we do not use customer supplied parts due to warranty issues. We should have asked you to have your front doors fixed before working on it, but we worked with you on this. The tech had to enter and exit from the back door due to your front doors not working. I spoke with the tech that did your repairs, a very trustworthy veteran, and he said that he did not break any part of your car. As for the overpriced comment, you were presented with an estimate, and you okayed the cost of the repair. If you felt that you couldn't afford the repair or there wasn’t enough value for you, you were welcome to checked around at other repair shops. We have a daily $25 storage fee if vehicles are not picked up within 24 hours of completed repair which we waived for you.
