Jacob's Therapeutic Massage

I thought fused vertebrae and other operations meant that I was stuck with limited neck motion, having limited axial motion, left to right, and inability to look up very far. Well, Jacob released enough places, so that I could raise my head without pain as well as have a greater range turning my head right and left. Just one treatment, and things are looking up. The mental relief was as important as the physical. Thanks, Jake!

Feeling so thankful today. It is almost incomprehensible to me that 11 weeks ago I had knee surgery. Each week I am getting stronger and stronger. Today 4 1/2 miles with my dog and that included some pretty big hills. I have been incredibly blessed to have found Jacob to do bodywork that has helped with my muscle tightness and helping break up the scar tissue from my five surgeries. Its pretty painful work at times, but my whole body feels much more balanced and is allowing me to exercise.

I have had shoulder/neck pain for Years exacerbated by a car accident 6 years ago.
