I had my hair cut by Selene today. She knew what I wanted even before explaining it. She is kind and professional and I left there feeling like I had a day at the spa - even with just a haircut!

I paid 40 dollars for a gel polish change (with 5 dollar tip even for a bad service) when online it says its 10 dollars for a polish change and 30 dollars for a manicure. After I had paid and realized this I called and told her about it she said it was 35 for a polish change and 40 for a manicure which is a complete lie so she wouldn't have to give back a refund. How can you lie straight to my face when online your prices say other wise. I was constantly asked about my ethnicity maybe thats why i was over charged. Regardless of someones race you shouldn't over charge people. For the work itself it was a mess nail polish was to thick each nail was shaped differently and I had left over polish that wasn't fully removed and took over an hour to finish sitting facing the window where the hot sun was beaming in and the chairs are uncomfortable. She told me to come back the next day to get them fixed which i did they turned out okay and the girl who did them was very friendly but for 35 dollars for a polish change I could've gone to another salon and had a full set acrylic. I dont mind paying 35 nor do i mind tipping 5 even for a bad service but to lie and over charge me for no reason now thats what gets to me. Save your money theres plenty of nail salons who respect their customers.
