We had a terrible experience with this bank and are moving our money to another bank. Their online banking system DOES NOT WORK! I tried to update my contact information online several times and it did not update. I called their customer service number and one of their representatives ''supposedly" made the update for me back in December, 2017. It is now April 2018 and I checked my contact information and it is STILL WRONG!! I tried to update it online again several times and it did not update. I sent email messages through their secure messaging system and all I get is instructions on how to make the changes. I called their customer support and again was given instructions on how to update the information myself. I told the representative that their system does not function properly and requested she make the changes for me. She begrudgingly agreed. Even her update did NOT WORK! She couldn't understand why the change was not made, but did not offer any further assistance in resolving the problem. I asked for a supervisor and she informed me that the supervisor would tell me the same thing she told me. I stated I still wanted to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold. I hung up, as it was not worth my time or the aggravation in explaining the problem yet again.They obviously do not read the messages, instead respond by sending canned messages on how to resolve YOUR issue. They do not listen to issues explained thoroughly to them, or even bother escalating the problem for resolution. We do not trust this bank to manage our money and will terminate our relationship with them as soon as humanly possible. There are plenty of other banks in Walla Walla and we DO NOT RECOMMEND COLUMBIA BANK !!
