Review Updated 8/2023 Rock Solid Waterproofing really came through for us. In the winter that followed our waterproofing project, we discovered some areas on our deck that weren't draining properly. We were very pleased by the way Rock Solid handled it, demonstrating high accountability and integrity. They just sent a crew out for about a week to resurface, regrade and retexture the deck. Even though it's been almost a year since they did our original project, they have really stood behind their work. We are super impressed how they stepped up and did the right thing. Austin and Brody were very hardworking and performed high quality work. Along with Devin, the Operations Director, they all demonstrated a very high level of integrity and attention to detail. When we met Ken, Linda and Mikael, we really liked their quality oriented work ethic, typical to many family owned businesses. We found their entire team incredibly easy to work with. Our 1880's home needed foundation repair caused by root damage. We got 3 estimates. Rock Solid had the best solution for our situation at what seemed a reasonable price. Ben, our sales person, was responsive and helpful. He was always available to us from start to finish, developing the scope of work and quote, modifying it at our request to add a "rat slab" and helped with scheduling. A great point person. Josh, our project manager, reviewed the solution with us and kept us informed of progress. We really appreciated his concern for solving the problem and not just doing the work. The crew that came to do the work (Josh, Chris, Fraser) was also excellent -- professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. Their work was thorough and neat. Before we could ask them to push the washer/dryer to the wall, they had everything hooked back up and cleaned up. We were very impressed with their service. We expected foundation repair to be messy and unpleasant. However we found working with this team a pleasant experience. And we have confidence in our new foundation!
