I worked with Aaron W. to coordinate our transportation needs. We had 4 20ft loaded containers and 1 42ft 5th wheel to get moved from NW Washington to the middle of nowhere Central Idaho. It required major scheduling because we also needed cranes at pick-up and drop-off. Aaron was amazing at answering my 752 questions and was available on pick-up and drop-off days for questions/concerns even though it was the weekend. As a customer, I can honestly say that Nationwide Transport Services was phenomenal to work with, everything was delivered perfectly, and Aaron was a rockstar agent to work with. They should seriously consider training other companies on what great customer service looks like.

I went through a horrific first experience trying to get my fifth wheel transported that turned out to be a scam where my RV was almost stolen. Then I contacted Nathan at Nationwide transport services. He is AMAZING!! Made the whole process extremely easy and smooth. We got my new RV home safe and sound. I highly recommend him! Thank you so much Nathan!!!

Nationwide Transport is an excellent company to work with. They're always willing to help us out when they can. They go above and beyond to find you a truck that can help you out in pretty much any situation. We've been working with Nationwide for about 4-5 years now and never really a bad experience. Things happen that are out of your control, but that's life and not everything is going to go perfectly, but we've had hundreds of loads in and out of our facility go very smoothly using Nationwide. Great staff as well! I especially like working with Joe Newman. He's very straight-forward and tells it like it is. He is also always paying attention to details in regards to what kind of truck you'll need, whether it's flatbed, conestoga, curtain van, etc., and timing as well. Great service, friendly and caring staff, willing to go the extra mile... I've been in the shipping industry for 14 years and I haven't found a better company to move our materials.

Saying Adam Noah was EXTREMELY helpful is an understatement. We had a very complicated situation that I inquired about, and Adam helped me Wednesday and Thursday to try to find a solution for our move which included a 6k lb crate, among many other complicated factors. Adam contacted MULTIPLE companies to try to find us help. Although we were not able to come up with a viable solution based on my own time constraints and logistics, I would use this company anytime in the future because of him. Thanks so much Adam... hold on to this guy, he's a good one!

My company recently moved me from the DFW area to Oregon and I had to ship my car. I was concerned after reading reviews from others who had posted on other companies or advised their experience with car moves. Nationwide took care of me right from the beginning. Derek Yeomans was the best broker you could ask for. He was up front from the beginning concerning cost which I really appreciate. No need to promise me the world if you cannot deliver. Due to his established credibility and professionalism I went with his company and he set me up really nice. I was able to communicate with the company selected and the driver which ensured a seamless process. Not sure if my company will move me to another state but if they I will certainly call Nationwide Transport Services. I am sure Mr. Yeomans will be promoted by then because he does an excellent job and knows the true meaning of customer service. The company who picked up my contract was excellent also and I put a review on their company site.
