Road Runner Auto Transport

After looking up what horrible reviews are here, Im not surprised. I did not even get into the process of getting a quote for shipping - I read on their website that they shipped to Canada but when I called they said they did not do that. I kindly said Ok no worries, thank you for letting me know. Are you aware of any other shipping companies that do? To which the man on the line said Ummm.. Im not a directory. Unnecessary rude response - just say sorry, Im not aware. End of conversation. Not impressed at all, so please be wary of working with this company because they left a bad taste in my mouth.

I shipped a car with them from Oregon to Illinois, it was over two weeks late (not due to weather). I've never had such bad service along with lack of customer service. I called every day to get an update with almost no update from them, I believe they called me back once. The driver of the truck stated 'this hauler should not be on the road' as it had broken down 4 times causing the delay. After talking to them again after the car had finally been delivered they said they do not offer refunds, even though they have sent an embarrassing refund of $25 dollars to my $1500+ bill. Dont make the mistake I made. Some poor reviews here and therecould be someones bad experience. If there are consistent 1 star reviews for horrible customer service, though, there really is horrible customer service (if you can call that customer service).

I inquired to ship my truck. After getting the quote, i decided to go to a different company. But like a regular business, they will call you to follow up about the shipping. But when I answered the call from this dude (I forgot his name) and told him that my vehicle was shipped already, he hang up on me immediately. What a customer service. No wonder they get 1 star ratings. Good thing I did not do my business with these people.

Horrible customer service. They will call you until you're blue in the face with messages to get your service, then once you agree to have them transport your car you will not be able to get ahold of them. Impossible to get ahold of anyone, was hung up on multiple times, was told they would pick up my car on a certain date and no one ever came. Do not recommend working with them.
