        I had a rough start with them and had multiple outages and less than stellar communication. They have listened and have improved their reliability and they created a notification system to keep you up to date should an outage occur.

        Great service and a good price; I was so happy to get away from Comcast. I was always losing connection with Comcast, Silver Star has been pretty much rock solid.
