        If it hadn't been for Diane who went over and beyond her duty I would have taken my business elsewhere.... She is so friendly and helpful and funny.... It was a pleasurable experience doing my taxes with her... She knows her job exceptionally well and it shows.... My appointment was 6pm and she rang me to see if we could get there earlier which was great DON'T BOOK ANYWHERE ELSE GO SEE DIANE
