Nationwide Solar

Do not deal with nationwide solar. Had to keep calling them to get system installed. Still dont have brake down of cost. They did not install battery back up that was included in price. They will not return calls. Yet they got paid bye loan company even after return Email stated job was not completed. Only option now is to file complaint with Oregan contractors board and hope for help.

We had a great experience with the installation crew from Nationwide Solar: Aiden (lead), JJ, and Tucker worked diligently installed the support rails over multiple roofs sections on our house the first day and the 36 solar panels the second day. The electricians Austin and Aaron, installed the boxes and the conduits the first day and routed all the power cables the second day. The weather was not clement. The rain and the wind made it difficult to handle the 55lbs solar panels. At the end of the installation everything was shown, explained and cleaned up. We received access to the system monitoring site before the crew even left, had a follow-up call from Nationwide Solar to ask if we were satisfied and if had questions, and make sure we understood the next steps, as the state still needs to certify the installation before power flows. The whole experience with Nationwide Solar was great and professional. They obviously have a process in place that makes sure all the financing, permitting are in place and everything is properly installed and working, and me, as a customer, be satisfied with every thing they did. We wanted to get in on solar as early as possible as more and more people are looking into it. I would recommend Nationwide Solar to anyone who is looking for a professional experience.

The installation crew did such an amazing job. They kept the site clean, they were respectful of my pets, and my property. They checked in with me often and kept me informed of what they were doing. Really and truly a five star experience. Special shout out to Alayla, Avery, and Austin for being absolutely stellar installers.

I love my solar panels, it took months to get it. Much longer then what I was told. Signed up in March 2022 did not get installed until October 2022. Besides the install taking so long, The issue I have is I was told I would receive a rebate of $16,000.00 and this was to go back to the lender once I received it to reduce the amount of our loan and monthly payments. Well there is no rebate, we are not low income so we don't qualify. Per the state of Oregon the contractor Nationwide gets the rebate. When I contacted them about this they told me to contact my tax professional. Well it was my tax professional who told me I can claim $1600.00 tax credit this year the rest next year. HUH? We were mislead about the rebate. There is no rebate coming to us. I now wish I would have went with a different company.
