DC Visitation

Supervised visitation is something that no one really wants to do but I had a great experience with this company. Crystal is very professional and the visitation supervisor assigned was a really great guy. It is very easy to work with this company. The intake is a quick web form, they send email invoices that can be paid by Paypal, and they promptly email a report after each visitation. In addition, DC Visitation was reasonably flexible when there was a change in plans.

Very unprofessional. I called several times, and left a message. Over a week later I finally recieved a call back. The question was simple. I wanted to know if it was company policy to cancel visits with parents and their children if they had a yeast infection/ear infection? After dodging the question several times, she just got belligerent, and said that I was interrupting her. And then she laughed and said bye, and hung up the phone. I called back and asked to talk to someone else. She had the same attitude, and once again hung up the phone. I did some research, and come to find out, this Crystle A Hardcastle is the owner of this company. For DSYF to do business with someone like this is profound to me. If I have a concern about my child, it should be met with professionalism, and attentiveness. Not biligerent, childlike behavior. This company is claiming to be trustworthy enough to take care of other people's children in our community, yet they can not behave professionally, even after it took her over a week to return a phone call. She has no accountability. It's definitely concerning knowing that she is the one who answers the phone, is the manager, and the owner. I'll definitely be looking into the proper channels to have her shut down as far as services with other people's children. Someone like this should not be trusted to ensure the safety of other people's children.
