I have called and even called with my insurance agent on the line to have the rebuild dome $300.00 to my correct insurance., charges from August and November if 2023. I just received another bill for past due and late charges. !!!! They never get my order right either. If you can go somewhere else do it!

Horrible service; impossible to get help on the phone. Must be terribly understaffed or have complete indifference to the customer. Ive had it, Im going to find another provider.

Great people IN the office. The call center is a disaster. Impossible to speak to anyone in the office, get help with devices or order parts.

Victoria was great. She was patient and throughly explained everything. She said once I started using the apparatus that it is very common to have some questions, so she encouraged me to give her a call to see if they were questions she could answer or if she needed to direct me to my Doctor.. I really appreciated her care.
