The gentleman with glasses and a beard is such a gem. Each of his interactions with the customers in line made me smile. I hope he is appreciated there and paid well. Any company would be lucky to have such a fellow representing their company. "Assuming he isn't the owner."

Was with Postal Annex acting as an agent for IPostal1 for a little over a year. At the beginning, service was great and customer service was very good. The past 3 months have been barely acceptable to unacceptable service and in fact has lost my mail which was very important and needed forwarded to me. I do not recommend this place of business and especially not using them for an IPostal1 agent. You too could end up with missing mail.
