        I had the displeasure of having Shannon "help" me today. It felt like she would go out of her way to be condescending and rude with every sentence. It was a very odd experience, as if helping customers is an annoyance in her day rather than... her job? To no surprise, I see her mentioned several times in the reviews here by name, and with similar terrible experiences. It's a shame... This place is so conveniently located, but to me it'll be worth the drive to another location just to avoid Shannon. By how miserable she seemed every second of interacting with me, I doubt she'll mind.
