Ryan V. Inspected my siding today. He was thorough and honest. Although , I am not proceeding to replace at this time. I appreciate his expertise. When the time is right , I will not hesitate to call them.

I had four windows replaced with concerns about dry rot as there was leaking in my wall (the windows that they replaced were windows from another company before I purchased my home). They took the time to make sure the work was done right. After removing each window they brought me over to demonstrate and show me there was no dry rot. They were courteous and knowledgeable. They completely cleaned up which is refreshing as most of the other contractors I've had do work on my home have left some form of mess. I have more windows to replace next year and I will not hesitate to call them out again.

High Performance Homes just replaced our roof, which is a very steep and challenging. Every single person that we worked with was kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and had update and accurate information about our project. They let us know what was happening each step of the way, and checked in regularly to ensure we were informed and happy with the progress. The crew was friendly and professional, and did an amazing job. The roof is beautiful, and they repaired a lot of unexpected previously existing damage along the way while keeping the project on budget. The team communicated effectively with us and each other and they were transparent and supportive. The final result exceeds expectations. The quality of the work stands out, and the attention to detail is evident already. I would recommend to anyone.
